Our main training facility is a private 20-acre working ranch in Santa Clarita. With this much open space, we run full 12-station rattlesnake avoidance courses in a controlled environment that mirrors the real outdoor terrain your dog navigates every day — hills, brush, open land, and all.

This is where most of our group and individual sessions take place. The property is purpose-built for rattlesnake avoidance training with genuine SCV terrain — the same environment where real encounters happen.

We own this property.
It's private and closed to the public.

Most trainers rent parks or use borrowed fields. That means strangers walking through mid-session, last-minute cancellations, and locations that change without notice. Our ranch is owned outright — no public access, no surprises.

Because we own the property, none of that happens. You book, we're there, and your dog gets the full, uninterrupted session they deserve.

A parking lot isn't a training ground.

"Walk in the park" clinics and driveway sessions are convenient — but convenient isn't the same as effective. Every distraction your dog fights through is attention that isn't going toward the actual lesson, and every unrelated scent on the ground is competing with the one scent that matters.
